Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Activated at 3rd Street and Bay Street

It will now be safer to cross 3rd Street in Neptune Beach. A "pedestrian hybrid beacon" was activated at 3rd Street and Bay Street on Tuesday, April 18. City representatives were on hand for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open and cross the new crosswalk installed by the Florida Department of Transportation.
