For 2020, Neptune Beach seats up for election are:

Mayor, Seat 1. Currently held by Mayor Elaine Brown. Elaine Brown elected unopposed for a second term
Council, Seat 2. Currently held by Councilor Scott Wiley, who will have served two consecutive terms. Lauren McPhaul elected unopposed to first term.
Council, Seat 3. Currently held by Councilor Kerry Chin. See below for candidates.

The City Clerk is the Supervisor of Elections for all city elections and works closely with the Duval County Supervisor of Elections to coordinate the election of City Council members.

 

Elections take place on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November of all even-numbered years.

The term of office begins on the first Tuesday in December and is a four-year term.
