Responsibilities

The Building Department was created to:

• Provide the City of Neptune Beach residents and contractors with courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable information;
• Review and process permits;
• Provide a thorough inspection process that assures the residents and business owners of a well-constructed structure;
• Maintain zoning regulations, process variance requests and commercial development applications.
