Notice is hereby given that an Emergency Meeting of the City Council of the City of Neptune Beach will be held at 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 116 First Street, to declare a State of Emergency due to Hurricane Idalia.
