NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING: A meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., in the Neptune Beach City Hall Conference Room, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach. In attendance will be Mayor Elaine Brown and Councilor Nia Livingston.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss an upcoming City Council Strategic Planning Roundtable.
