NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING: A meeting will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 9:30 a.m., in the Neptune Beach City Hall Conference Room, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach. In attendance will be Mayor Elaine Brown and Councilor Lauren Key.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss an upcoming City Council Strategic Planning Roundtable.
