City Council Swearing In Ceremony held Tuesday, December 1, 2020, 7:00 p.m.

The City of Neptune Beach held its Swearing-In Ceremony on Tuesday, December 1, at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Elaine Brown ran unopposed for her second term as Mayor and was sworn in by Judge Mallory Cooper. New Councilmember Lauren Key ran unopposed for Seat 2 and was sworn in by Mayor Brown. Councilor Kerry Chin, won the August 18, 2020, Primary Election, and was sworn in by Mayor Brown.
