Nia Livingston Appointed to Council Seat 5

At the Monday, February 7, 2022, Regular Council Meeting, Nia Livingston was appointed by Council to fill the unexpired term of Vice Mayor Fred Jones. This term will end in November. Councilor Livingston was sworn in by Mayor Elaine Brown at the meeting.
