SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Neptune Beach, will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach. No business shall be transacted at the special meeting except such as is stated in this notice. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to consider approval of Supplemental Agreements with the City’s continuing service engineering firms.
