PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF NEPTUNE BEACH
Notice is hereby given that a SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING of the City Council of the City of Neptune Beach, Florida, will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach, Florida, 32266.
WORKSHOP MEETING. Immediately following the above noted special meeting, there will be a workshop meeting of the City Council at the same location.
TOWN HALL MEETING. Immediately following the above noted Workshop Meeting, there will be a Town Hall Meeting at the same location.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing the person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statute, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in these meetings should contact the City Clerk’s Office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
